At Montivo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your Montivo account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
